How to Register

Everyone who will attend AOSFST2015 is required to register. You are strongly recommended to register before 21th Aug. 2015 for early registration.

Please register by the following two steps:

★Step1

Complete the registration forms and send it to registration^aosfst2015.com (replace ^ with @ when you will send a mail). Registration form (Excel and PDF version) will be downloaded from the links below.

Please note that the registration form has been revised on 3rd Aug. because of the minor error. As for participants who have not sent the form yet, please use the revised form.

About laboratory tour, we handle inquiries on a firstcome and first-served basis, because the number of seats of tour buses is limited. So please note that attendance may not be accepted in the case of many inquiries.

★Step2

Paying for the registration fees. Payment will be done by Credit card or Bank transfer from the links below. Discount rate will be applied if the payment will be done before 21th Aug.

Important Notes:

  1. At least one of the authors must register and present on the symposium for your paper(s) to be included the draft proceedings to be distributed on site and the formal symposium proceedings published by Springer after the symposium.

  2. Similar to papers, at least one of the authors must register and present on the symposium for your poster(s) to be included in the electric book of poster abstracts to be distributed on site.

  3. No refunds will be made after payment.

  4. Registration fees include admission, coffee break, symposium banquet and an USB stick containing draft proceedings, electric book of poster abstracts to be distributed on site, a copy of proceedings in electronic version published after the symposium.

  5. Accompanied person who will attend banquet is required to pay for banquet.

  6. A person who will register as a full-time student has to be the student on the day of the symposium.
